• Medical Director role within a PACE program
• Reports directly to the Executive Director
• Provides overall medical direction and clinical leadership
• Oversees participant care, quality outcomes, and compliance
• Works within a collaborative, interdisciplinary care model
• Reports directly to the Executive Director

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee delivery of medical services and clinical outcomes
• Lead and oversee the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
• Develop, implement, and maintain medical policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
• Provide direction and supervision to Primary Care Providers (PCPs) and APPs
• Serve as a clinical and professional leader within the organization and local community
• Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate and advise team members on diagnoses, treatment options, and functional implications
• Participate in team conferences, family meetings, and care planning discussions
• Collaborate closely with nursing and allied health professionals
• Establish and maintain operational and clinical goals as part of leadership team
• Participate in provider on-call rotation as required
Qualifications
• Fellowship-trained in Geriatric Medicine or Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Geriatric Medicine – preferred
• Indiana medical license (or willing to obtain) – required
• DEA (by time of start) – required
• CDS Certification (by time of start) – required
• BLS (by time of start) – required
• Clean malpractice history – preferred
