A University needs a locum for coverage.
Description of Work Assignment: Providing care in a Long-Term Care facility on a daily basis.
Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: Monday through Friday 8-5
On call? None
Patient Load: 8-12 patients per day
- What is the EMR? EPIC
- How many other physicians/APPs are also on site daily? Have 8-12 hours a week (rotate 8 one week 12 the next), 1 full time APP and we are recruiting a .5 FTE APP
- Is a DEA required? YES
- Will they accept an IMLC licensed physician? Yes we will accept Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
