Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with geriatric experience to provide primary care services in a 98-bed long-term care facility. This is a weekday-only, no-call assignment with a predictable schedule and low patient volume.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

8-hour shifts

No call
-
No weekends
Clinical Details

Patient Load: 8–12 patients per day

Scope of Practice: Standard primary care for LTC residents

Procedures: None required

EMR: EPIC
Job Responsibilities
DEA required
IMLC-licensed physicians accepted
Comfortable with geriatric and long-term care patients
Qualifications
1 full-time APP on site
Additional APP coverage (8–12 hours/week, rotating)
APP is highly experienced (2+ years on site)
Physician available for consultation only (no leadership or management duties)
