Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Spanish-English bilingual Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and communicate effectively with a diverse patient population in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine physical examinations, preventive screenings, and immunizations
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management and follow-up care
• Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and overall wellness strategies
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Stay current with medical advancements, clinical guidelines, and evidence-based practices

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
• Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Job Details

• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Compensation: $280,000 - $320,000 annually
