🏥 Responsibilities

✔ Lead and manage the hospital medicine team
✔ Oversee inpatient care delivery and performance metrics
✔ Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to implement best practices
✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols
✔ Support recruitment, retention, and staff training efforts
✔ Use Epic EMR for clinical documentation and workflow

✅ Qualifications

🔹 Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (within 2 years)
🔹 NY Medical License (or willing to obtain)
🔹 Minimum 2 years leadership experience in acute care
🔹 Clean malpractice and license history
🔹 Experienced physician — fresh graduates not accepted

💰 Compensation & Benefits

💵 Annual Salary: $325,000–$350,000 (based on experience)
🎉 Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
