You will deliver high-quality, senior-focused primary care within a supportive, modern clinic environment. Care is relationship-centered, preventive, and thoughtfully paced to ensure every patient receives the attention and advocacy they deserve.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only schedule with an amazing work/life balance

• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, closed from 12 - 1 pm for lunch

• Small patient panels with approximately 10 - 15 patients per day

• Extended, unrushed visits focusing on preventive and chronic care

• Senior population aged 65 and older, Medicare and Medicare Advantage-focused

• Value-based model prioritizing outcomes rather than volume

• Opportunity to significantly impact health outcomes through a purpose-driven model

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics

• Active Florida license or willingness to obtain

• Interest or experience in senior-focused care and value-based medicine, preferred

• Strong communicator with excellent documentation habits

• Comfortable managing a 65+ patient panel

• At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred
