💼 About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You’ll work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care — while contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

✅ Key Responsibilities

✨ Perform medical evaluations, diagnosis & treatment
✨ Document encounters per organizational standards
✨ Collaborate with Medical Assistants & clinical staff
✨ Ensure compliance with regulatory & professional standards
✨ Participate in quality assurance & improvement activities
✨ Support special medical programs as needed
✨ Maintain continuing education & professional development

🎓 Required Qualifications

✔ MD or DO (U.S. accredited or equivalent licensure)
✔ BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
✔ Active or eligible unrestricted state medical license
✔ Active DEA
✔ Current BLS & ACLS

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

👍 2+ years outpatient clinical experience
👍 Medicare & Medicaid enrollment
👍 Familiarity with Medicare Advantage / Value-Based Care
👍 Strong documentation & communication skills
👍 Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting
👍 Experience with Athena EMR (or similar)

💰 Compensation & Benefits

💵 Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 annually
