• Full-time (1.0 FTE) geriatrics physician role
• Care provided across multiple nursing facilities and home-based programs
• Teaching opportunities with residents, students, and fellows
• Supportive leadership with focus on work–life balance
• Flexible scheduling with adequate visit length for complex patients
• Not open to locums, visa candidates, commuters, or secondary employment

Job Responsibilities
• Manage complex medical conditions in nursing facilities
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Support advanced care coordination programs
• Teach and mentor trainees as part of the care team
Qualifications
• OR Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with geriatrics experience
• Must obtain board certification within 2 years if board eligible
• Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• DEA, BLS, and ACLS (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with geriatric patients required
• Clean malpractice history preferred
