Primary Care Physician
Compensation: $250k+ base salary, incentive bonus, and up to $50k signing bonus

Role Highlights

Compensation: $250k base + up to $20k Year 1 bonus; increased bonuses upon partnership

Partnership: No buy-in; typically achieved within 12–18 months (65% achieve in 1 year)

Requirements
Qualifications
- Residency trained in IM or FM
- Board certification (FM, IM, or Geriatrics)
- Spanish bilingual preferred
Working Hours
- Patient Load: 18–22 patients/day; max panel ~450
- Setting: 100% outpatient; no nights or weekends
- Support: Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist
