Position Highlights:
Specialty: Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM)
Certifications Required: Board Certified, BLS, DEA
Low Volume: 7–10 patients/day
EMR: Epic
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Location: Downey, CA.
(Monday- Fridays)
Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation:
Pay: $150/HR on 1099 Contract
Paid Weekly
100% Malpractice Paid
Job Responsibilities
• Perform routine exams, screenings, and diagnostic testing
• Manage chronic and acute conditions
• Prescribe treatments and educate patients on health and wellness
Collaborate with advanced practitioners as needed
Qualifications
• MD or DO from accredited medical school
• NPFM- BC, BLS, DEA
• Active CA license
• Board Certification (ABFM or ABIM preferred)
• BLS & DEA
Minimum 1 year of Primary Care experience
Working Hours
✔ Patient Volume: 7–10/day – Focus on quality, not quantity
