Locum | Medical Director – PACE | Clinic Only | West Springfield, MA Why This Role

  • Leadership-focused Medical Director role within the PACE model
  • Full-time weekday schedule serving frail and elderly adults
  • Collaborative interdisciplinary environment with meaningful patient impact
Assignment Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, full time Setting: Outpatient PACE program with participant visits in various care locations Duties include history and physicals, reassessments, medical treatment planning, provider supervision, QAPI oversight, interdisciplinary team participation, family conferences, chronic disease management, diagnostic review, participant and caregiver education, and participation in provider on-call rotation EMR: Not specified Clinical Details Physical assessment and chronic disease management for frail older adults Ordering and interpreting diagnostics Development of medical treatment plans Participation in intake and assessment decisions Requirements Active Massachusetts physician license Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine DEA Supervisory experience Minimum one year of experience with frail or elderly populations Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
