🌟 Family Medicine Physician – Permanent Opportunity!

👨⚕️ Join a Thriving Family Medicine Practice in Northern Indiana!
A well-established and community-focused health organization in Bourbon, Indiana, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative outpatient team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent professional growth, teaching opportunities, and a supportive work-life balance.
🩺 Position Highlights:
- Outpatient Family Medicine (pediatrics through geriatrics)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (or until all patients are seen)
- Call: 1:7 (phone-only) rotation
- Join one experienced Nurse Practitioner
- Average patient volume: 18–22 per day
- Perform a wide range of procedures: sutures, biopsies, pap smears, dressing changes, joint injections, mole/skin tag removal, and more
- On-site lab and diagnostic support
- Opportunities for teaching Family Medicine residents
- EPIC EMR system

✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (no Internal Medicine)
- Active Indiana license or ability to obtain
- DEA, BLS, and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience treating patients of all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics)
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
