A respected healthcare network in Plymouth, IN is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, patient-focused practice. 🩺 Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Family Medicine practice (OB optional)
• Schedule: Days, with 1:7 phone-only call rotation
• Serve patients of all ages – pediatric through geriatric
• Collaborative team of physicians and advanced practitioners
• Teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residents
• EPIC EMR system

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $240,000–$260,000 + Productivity Incentives
• Student Loan Assistance available

✅ Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine (no IM accepted)
• Active or Eligible IN License
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA required (or willingness to obtain)
• Must have experience caring for pediatric through geriatric patients
• COVID vaccination required
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
