A well-established, patient-centered outpatient practice in upstate New York is seeking a Board-Certified (or Eligible) Family Medicine Physician to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages. 🩺 Position Highlights:
- Outpatient-only position with 4- or 5-day workweek (40 hrs/week; 34 patient-facing)
- No weekend office hours!
- Phone-only call rotation (approx. 1 in 70 days) with RN triage as first contact
- Telemedicine coverage just 2–3 hours every few months
- See 18–24 patients per day with EPIC EMR
- Teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students
- Optional administrative or hospital medicine involvement

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $250,000–$260,000 (DOE)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 (paid on first paycheck!)
- Retention Bonus: $25,000 at start of Year 2

🧾 Requirements:
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine (within 5 years of training)
- Active or eligible New York State License
- DEA & ACLS certification by start date
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient primary care experience
- Clean malpractice and licensing record
- Full-time availability (4–5 days/week)
- Not open to visa or local (within 30 miles) candidates
