An established and community-focused outpatient clinic in beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a full-time permanent position starting Fall 2025.

✨ Position Highlights

✅ Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM
✅ Full-time (32 hours patient care + 8 hours admin time)
✅ Manageable patient load (~14 patients/day)
✅ Call ratio 1:11 — phone-only coverage
✅ No weekends required!
✅ Collaborative, team-based care environment
✅ Must live within 1-hour commute; not open to dual employment

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Base Salary: 💵 $230,000/year
• Bonus Opportunity: Up to $20,000/year in quality incentives
• Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable

📋 Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active Vermont Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA & BLS certifications required
