Job Details
- Location: Missouri
- Start Date: Dec 15, 2025

- Provider Type Needed: Geriatrician
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (first patient at 8:30 am, last patient at 4:20 pm)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver comprehensive care to geriatric patients, focusing on chronic care and preventative medicine
- Accurately code and chart patient encounters using eClinicalWorks EMR
- Utilize technology efficiently to manage patient records and workflow
- Coordinate care to help keep patients out of the hospital
- Maintain organized and thorough documentation
- Adhere to best practices in community health center environments
Additional Information
- 2-3 years of post-residency experience, including work with chronic care in community health centers, required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Internal Medicine required
- Demonstrated proficiency with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred
- Strong organizational and technology skills essential
