Medical Director (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatrics) – Post Acute Care – Albany, NY
Opportunity Highlights
- Leadership role overseeing post-acute care clinicians in the Albany area
- Monday–Friday schedule with no night shifts or weekends
- Conduct clinical case reviews and support care coordination initiatives
- Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to improve patient outcomes
- Focus on quality, readmission reduction, and individualized patient care
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related field
- Prior experience as Medical Director in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Active New York license and DEA
- Experience in post-acute, hospice, home health, or hospital medicine a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual earnings: $310,000 to $345,000 (fee-for-service model, uncapped)
