Job Details
- Location: Missouri
- Start Date: Feb 2, 2026

- Provider Type Needed: Geriatrician
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (first patient at 8:30am, last patient at 4:20pm)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver attentive, patient-centered care for geriatric patients with chronic and preventative needs
- Accurately code and chart patient encounters, maintaining organized, thorough documentation
- Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for all patient records and communications
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and minimize hospital admissions
- Serve as a resource for chronic care management within the community health center
- Apply technology efficiently in daily workflows to optimize patient care
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in all clinical activities
Additional Information
- 2-3 years post-residency experience preferred, specifically in community health centers focused on chronic care
- Board certification required in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Active Missouri license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience in geriatrics and preventative medicine strongly preferred
- Candidates should be highly organized and tech savvy
