Primary Care Physician
Compensation: $215K–$245K Base Salary + Incentive Bonus

Position Highlights

  • Compensation: $215K–$245K base (depending on experience and location)

  • Bonus: Performance-based incentives tied to quality metrics

  • Support Team: Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker
  • Clinic Resources: Onsite lab with phlebotomist; RubiconMD for specialist consults

  • EMR Systems: Canopy and Greenway

  • Care Model: 100% outpatient, value-based healthcare

  • Clinic Staff: 3–5 providers per location (mix of MDs and NPs)

  • Patient Experience: Free transportation within 5 miles; community wellness activities such as exercise, yoga, dance, and social events

Qualifications

- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred
- Not open to residents

Working Hours

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Patient Volume: 13–16 per day
- Visit Duration: 20 minutes (routine) / 40 minutes (new or diagnostic)
