Compensation: $215K–$245K Base Salary + Incentive Bonus

Position Highlights

Compensation: $215K–$245K base (commensurate with experience and location)

Team Support: Dedicated Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker

Clinic Resources: Onsite lab with phlebotomist; RubiconMD for specialist consultations

EMR Systems: Canopy and Greenway

Model: Value-based primary care

Clinic Staffing: 3–5 providers per site (mix of MDs and NPs)

Patient Services: Complimentary transportation within 5 miles

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state medical license and DEA
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred
- Not open to residents
Working Hours
- Patient Volume: 13–16 per day
- Visit Duration: 20 minutes (routine) / 40 minutes (new or diagnostic)
