Compensation: $215K–$245K Base Salary + Incentive Bonus

Position Highlights

  • Compensation: $215K–$245K base (commensurate with experience and location)

  • Bonus: Performance-based, tied to quality metrics

  • Team Support: Dedicated Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker

  • Clinic Resources: Onsite lab with phlebotomist; RubiconMD for specialist consultations

  • EMR Systems: Canopy and Greenway

  • Model: Value-based primary care

  • Clinic Staffing: 3–5 providers per site (mix of MDs and NPs)

  • Patient Services: Complimentary transportation within 5 miles

  • Community Wellness Programs: Exercise, yoga, dance, and special events

Qualifications

- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state medical license and DEA
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred
- Not open to residents

Working Hours

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Patient Volume: 13–16 per day
- Visit Duration: 20 minutes (routine) / 40 minutes (new or diagnostic)
