Primary Care Physician
Compensation: $250K Base Salary + Bonus + Partnership Track

Free transportation is provided to ensure every patient can access care.

Position Highlights

  • Compensation: $250K base salary

  • Bonus: Up to $20K in year one, increasing with partnership

  • Partnership Track: No buy-in; typically achieved in 12–18 months (65% reach partnership within one year; partners earn $300K+)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)

  • Patient Volume: Average 18 patients per day

  • Panel Size: Max 450 patients

  • Model: 100% outpatient, value-based care

  • Team Support: Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist

  • Patient Population: Seniors managing 3–5 chronic conditions

  • Work/Life Balance: No nights or weekends; built-in administrative time

Qualifications

- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active and unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
