Primary Care Physician
Compensation: $250K–$270K Base Salary + Up to $50K Signing Bonus or $100K Forgivable Loan

Position Highlights

  • Compensation: $250K–$270K base salary

  • Bonus: Up to $20K in the first year; increases with partnership

  • Partnership Track: No buy-in; typically achieved within 12–18 months (65% achieve partnership within 1 year; partners earn $300K+)

  • Patient Panel: Max of 450 patients

  • Model: 100% outpatient, value-based care

  • Support Team: Dedicated MA and scheduler; built-in admin time

Qualifications

- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active DEA license

Working Hours

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)
- Work/Life Balance: No nights, weekends, or hospital rounds
