Primary Care Physician
Compensation: Base Salary $215K–$245K + Quality Incentive Bonus
We’re seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing network of neighborhood clinics delivering high-quality, value-based care to Medicare patients. Our model emphasizes outcomes over volume—empowering physicians to focus on preventive medicine, patient relationships, and long-term wellness. Position Highlights

Care Team: Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker support

Onsite Resources: Lab with phlebotomist; RubiconMD specialist consult access

EMR Systems: Canopy and Greenway

Model: Value-Based Health Care

Clinic Team: 3–5 providers per site (mix of MDs and NPs)

Community Engagement: On-site wellness programs—exercise, yoga, dance, and social events

Patient Services: Complimentary transportation within 5 miles of the clinic

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- No residents; practicing physicians only
- Fellowship in Geriatrics preferred (not required)
Working Hours
- Patient Volume: 13–16 per day
- Visit Length: 20 minutes (routine), 40 minutes (new/diagnostic)
