Pay Information
$250,000 to $260,000 per year
About the Position
Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine)
Location: New York (Exact location confidential)
Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Schedule: 4- or 5-day work week | 40 hours total (34 hours clinical)

Base Salary: $250,000 – $260,000

Job Responsibilities
Deliver outpatient care to patients of all ages
Average 18–24 patients per day
Maintain 34 hours of patient-facing time within a 40-hour workweek
Participate in light call rotation (1:70) – phone-only with RN triage
Provide telemedicine coverage for 2–3 hours on designated weekends (every ~3 months)
Collaborate with APPs (additional pay potential)
Optional opportunities in hospital medicine and leadership roles
Precept medical and NP/PA students
Utilize Epic EMR for documentation
Qualifications
Board Certified in Family Medicine
OR Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility)

Timeline for obtaining Board Certification
Active NY Medical License (or willing to obtain)
DEA & ACLS (must be valid by start)
Clean malpractice and licensing history
Willing to work full-time (4- or 5-day schedule)
Strong commitment to caring for all age groups

Working Hours
Shifts: Monday–Friday (flexible 4 or 5 days/week)
Weekends: No office hours; telemedicine only ~1x/quarter
