I hope this message finds you well! I’m reaching out with an exciting Locums opportunity for a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to assist an Adult Geri Primary Care outpatient clinic in Lawndale, California.
Details:
📍 Location:
Lawndale, CA, 90260
🩺 Position Highlights:
- Certifications Required: CA License, Board Certified (ABFM or ABIM), DEA, BLS
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Primary Care, Geriatrics, or Advanced Primary Care
- Knowledge Required: HEDIS & Value-Based Care (VBC)
- Patient Population: Elderly patients with multiple chronic conditions
- EMR: Athena
- Patient Volume: 10–14 patients/day
📅 Schedule & Duration:
- Start Date: ASAP-6 months with potential for extension or permanent conversion
- Schedule: 3 days/week (Preferred: Tue/Thur + 1 flexible day) | 8AM–5PM
- On-Call: None
💼 Compensation & Logistics:
- Rates: Discuss by Phone
