Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our growing network of neighborhood-based primary care centers. Our clinics are designed to provide high-quality, value-based healthcare for local Medicare populations.
As part of our care team, you’ll have the support and resources to focus on what matters most — your patients. Our model prioritizes outcomes over volume, reducing hospital admissions, emphasizing preventive care, and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted, non-probationary state medical license
- Active DEA license
- Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical experience (no current residents)
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics a plus
Working Hours
- Patient Volume: 13–16 patients per day
- Visit Length: 20-minute routine visits; 40-minute diagnostic/new patient visits
