- Seeking a full-time Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established, patient-centered outpatient practice in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 direct patient-facing hours
Participate in light on-call coverage (phone-only with RN triage)
Conduct limited telemedicine coverage on designated weekends
Collaborate with APPs and support teaching opportunities with students
Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
See 18–24 patients per day
Optional hospital medicine or leadership opportunities available
Qualifications
Active or eligible New York medical license
DEA and ACLS certifications (by start date)
Clean malpractice and licensing history
Strong commitment to providing care for all age groups
Willingness to work a 4- or 5-day schedule
Working Hours
4- or 5-day work week available
No in-office weekend hours; telemedicine only during call rotation
On-call rotation: approx. once every 70 days, phone only
Skills
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Proficiency in EMR (EPIC preferred)
Team-oriented with teaching/mentorship ability
