We go beyond traditional care by offering holistic health services and free transportation for patients, ensuring access and continuity of care.

The Role

  • Patient Load: 18 patients/day; max panel size of 450 patients

  • Support: Dedicated team including your own MA and scheduler.

  • Patient Population: Seniors with multiple chronic conditions, managed through a value-based care model.

  • Additional perks: door-to-door patient transportation, in-house specialists (Cardiology, Podiatry, etc.), and holistic health services (Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga, Nutrition).

  • Compensation: $260K–$265K base + annual performance bonus (up to $20K in year one, increases with partnership)

  • Partnership: No buy-in required. Eligible within 12–18 months; 65% of physicians achieve partner status within a year. Partners typically earn $300K+.

Job Responsibilities

- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active/clear Georgia medical license
- 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience preferred

Working Hours

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15). No nights or weekends.
- Environment: 100% outpatient care with strong work-life balance and protected administrative time built into the schedule.
