Physician Services Group (PSG) is expanding in Pensacola, FL and seeking a dedicated employed Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing Post-Acute Care team.
Enjoy a weekday-only schedule, caring for patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Rehab settings. Choose between full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (3 days/week), with one facility per day and an ASAP start date.
Job Responsibilities
Manage long-term and acute treatment plans for a stable post-acute population
Lead and supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants on-site
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
Collaborate with facility teams to coordinate holistic care
Accurately document visits and submit billing using EMR and proper coding
Promote PSG’s mission and services in alignment with care standards
Qualifications
Active Florida medical license and DEA
Strong knowledge of chronic and post-acute care management
EMR documentation and coding experience preferred
Leadership skills and ability to work autonomously
Compassionate and patient-focused with excellent communication skills
Working Hours
Part-Time: 3 days/week
6–8 hour shifts, ~16 patients/day
No nights/ weekends
