- Seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide locum coverage on a part-time basis.
- This is an adult-only patient population with support staff and in-house labs.
- The assignment requires a consistent 3-day weekly schedule and offers flexibility in start dates
Job Responsibilities
• Manage 12–16 patients per day.
• Utilize EMR (Athena).
• Conduct minor procedures within designated procedure rooms.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants.
• Participate in interviews prior to confirmation of assignment.
Qualifications
• Active Michigan medical license.
• Active Michigan DEA.
• ACLS and BLS (AHA) required.
• Clean background for expedited credentialing.
• Willingness to work 3 consistent days per week (preferably Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).
• New graduates considered if Board Eligible.
Working Hours
• Day shifts only.
• No weekends.
• No call responsibilities.
Skills
• Efficient patient management in a fast-paced setting.
• EMR proficiency (Athena).
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical staff.
