Primary Care (FM & IM accepted) Locum Needed in Atlanta, GA | Open Rates | No Call/ No Nights/ No Weekends!!

Position: Locum Tenens – Primary Care Physician (FM or IM)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Day Shifts, Monday–Friday | No Call
Setting: Public Service Clinic – Outpatient Only

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient care to adults and some pediatric patients (10–12 patients/day)

• Perform routine primary care procedures, including pelvic exams, pap smears, and employment physicals

• Be open to occasional cross-coverage in HIV care and Integrated Behavioral Health (training provided)

• Collaborate with a dedicated team of 6 mid-level providers

• Focus on whole-person care—no in-house codes, ED backup, or call required

Clinical Environment:

• EMR: Epic

• Patient Population: Primarily adult and geriatric, some pediatric

• Defibrillator on-site

• No supervision responsibilities

Requirements:

• Active GA Medical License & DEA – Required

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – Required

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-training experience – Required

• BLS Certification – Required

• Willingness to train in HIV and Behavioral Health – Required
  

• Bilingual in Spanish – Highly Preferred
