Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics – Los Angeles County (Near LAX)
Join a well-established, not-for-profit, JCAHO-accredited multi-specialty group with over 10 years of service and 16 specialties. This is a full-time, outpatient-only position with shared phone call just one day per week.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient primary care
- BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Shared phone call only 1 day per week
- Opportunity to serve an underserved community
- Physician-led group encouraging teaching, outreach, and leadership involvement
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $260,000–$280,000
- 5% sign-on bonus (~$14,000)
- Up to 15% annual quality bonus (~$42,000)
- CME reimbursement up to $3,000
- First-year total potential up to $336,000
- Annual merit increase up to 3% on base salary
