This is an outstanding opportunity to take over a fully established patient panel of 1,200+ adult and geriatric patients, as a long-standing physician prepares for retirement.

This outpatient-only position offers true work-life balance with a 4.5-day workweek, no nights, no weekends, and phone-only call. You'll be joining a collaborative team of 25+ experienced physicians and advanced practice providers in a practice that values autonomy and provider-led care. This hospital-employed position offers a competitive compensation package that includes a guaranteed salary plus wRVU production incentives, $35,000 signing bonus, loan repayment options, relocation assistance, and new graduate stipends.
