We are seeking a Permanent Physician - Geriatric Medicine in Massachusetts.
Permanent Physician - Geriatric Medicine
Position Type: Permanent Placement
Specialty: Physician - Geriatric Medicine
Location: Massachusetts
Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (On-call: 7 days/month with weekend telephone triage)
Start Date: TBD

Position Details:
- Patient Population: Frail or elderly individuals (55+)
- Setting: Outpatient PCP and skilled facility
- Responsibilities:
- Provide primary medical care for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans
- Perform weekend telephone triage during on-call days
- Required Procedures: None specified
- EMR System: Experience preferred (TruChart or similar)
- Support Staff: Interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Days Per Month: Monday – Friday schedule
- On-Call/Weekends: 7 days/month (weekend telephone triage)
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Required
- Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine - Preferred
- Massachusetts License (or willingness to obtain)
- CDS Certification & DEA Verbal Confirmation Registration
- BLS Certification (prior to start)
- Minimum 1 year experience working with frail or elderly populations
- Clean/Clear malpractice - Highly Preferred
