We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician Family Medicine/ Outpatient Clinic in Arizona.
Position Type: 1099 Locums Tenens
Position: Physician - Family Medicine
Locations: Arizona
Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri 7:30a-5:30p,
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
End Date: Ongoing
Logistics covered: Mileage, lodging, flights if needed
Details:
We do NOT have a Pediatric population- High Geriatric Population.
Outpatient Internal/Family Practice Physicians.
Shift: Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri 7:30a-5:30p, No weekend/On-call
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Duties: Family Practice
Days per month: 20
Required Procedures: toenail removals, lesion removals, Pap Smears, Joint injections. (negotiable)
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: Medical Assistant/Triage RN/Front Office Staff/Clinic Manager
Submission Requirements
Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active AZ License - REQUIRED
Fellowship - REQUIRED
BLS, DEA - REQUIRED
Availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
Malpractice - Clean Preferred
