LTC Physician Care, PC is a specialized medical group committed to providing exceptional care for patients in skilled nursing facilities throughout Michigan, ensuring their unique healthcare needs are met with expertise and compassion.
Job Structure
- This is an in-person position
- Physician will commute directly between home and their assigned facilities
- Physician will collaborate directly with their APPs
- Physician will act as Medical Director within their facilities
- After-Hours on-call is shared among all LTC Providers

Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan.
- Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
- Candidates must have completed a valid U.S. certification program
