About this role.

As a Physician at our Senior Primary Care clinic, you will lead a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role, you will see approximately 20 patients a day.

  • This position includes a $25,000 stipend
  • You will practice at Pahrump Medical Office Building
  • Your hours will be 4 10-hour shifts with no call

Requirements of this role:

  • Unrestricted Nevada MD/DO license
  • Current Nevada DEA certificate required prior to start date
  • BC/BE in Geriatric, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Preferences for this role:

  • Experience in managed care
  • Experience in rural medicine
  • 2+ years’ experience in primary care
