**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- New PACE program open in Summer/Fall 2024
- Mon - Fri 8a - 4:30
- Easily accessible, high-quality primary care services to independent-living residents and community members aged 50 and older.
- The 2,739-square-foot primary care site features the latest technology, state-of-the-art examination rooms and a staff of experts in senior care.
- The practice is conveniently located on campus, allowing providers to coordinate care and recommendations with on-campus services such as wellness, rehabilitation, assisted living, and skilled care.
- Lab and ECG services are provided on-site.
- The practice provides 24-hour, on-call coverage to ensure that residents are able to reach a skilled provider regardless of when a health issue arises.
- This is an excellent opportunity for the right Geriatrician to work with a dynamic team of clinical professionals at a well-respected healthcare organization.

- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine
