Shift: Shift is negotiable.
On-Call Requirements: 3-4 days per month
Practice Description:
- Clinic Practice Setting
- 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
- 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
- Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
- Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrillator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
- Lab onsite
- X-Ray onsite
- EMR - EPIC
- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
Position highlights:
- Salary range: $240,000-$375,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at the interview).
- 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
- Sign-on bonus - negotiable
- Relocation allowance
Requirements:
- BE/BC in FM- REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- BLS, ACLS (by the time of start) - REQUIRED
