Job Responsibilities

We are actively seeking a full-time Geriatric Physician to join our team, with potential openness to a four-day workweek schedule. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Practice (FP), or Geriatrics. While bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are preferred, they are not mandatory. We offer an annual bonus and may provide a relocation allowance for the right candidate. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include visits to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), with no home visits required. On-call duty occurs once per month, and the call commitment is minimal. Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.
• Board-certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Licensure to practice medicine in the State of California and be in good standing.
• Additional certifications in Geriatrics, Hospice and Palliative Care, Addiction Medicine or Pain is desirable.
• At least two years’ experience in caring for seniors or frail elderly. Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team preferred.

Working Hours

Schedule: M-F 8:30-5
SNF visits, but no home visits
On call once per month- call is minimal
Open to 4day/wk schedule
