We're excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Medical Director to join our Palm Beach leadership team. If you're a Florida-licensed clinical leader with a background in Medicare Advantage and proven leadership skills, we'd love to see your CV.
Our ideal colleague will have familiarity with HEDIS and Value-Based Care in a clinical or leadership position. Experience in managing multiple sites (between 4-10 or more) and providing both direct and market-level leadership will certainly set you up for success in this role.
Here's what we offer:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM work schedule
- Collaborative work with area clinicians for education and practice efficiencies
- On-site visits in your designated practices
- Experience-based base salary
- Paid CME
