- Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8-5pm, 1 Saturday per month
- Outpatient setting
- Patient population: 95% Geriatrics
- Wellness Center and Physiotherapy on site
- Base Salary based on MGMA standards
- Achievable annual bonus structure
- Generous CME allowance and days
- 401K, 4 weeks off a year, and more!
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Experienced General Practitioners and ACN providers will be considered
- Fluent Spanish a plus
- Geriatric Fellowship trained physicians a plus!
- Active Florida License or in process
