Salary: $205,000 + production

Our Senior & Residential Care Program has an opening for a Geriatric Physician to provide primary care medical services to Senior Care clients at participating facilities and other sites throughout the Yakima Valley. You will work with our team of skilled medical providers in the delivery of clinical quality and safety of care to our patients in addition to participation in the on-call rotation. Additionally, you are presented with the unique opportunity to participate in training facility staff, Medical Students and Resident Physicians from our Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program.

Our team of dedicated and skilled Physicians, APCs, and Behavioral Health Professionals provide care solely in nursing facilities managing patients with multiple chronic conditions and patients requiring rehabilitation services. This position proactively identifies opportunities to improve the patient and family experience of care and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of available resources.
MD/DO is required. Graduate medical education and certification in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine, with certificate of added qualification in Geriatrics and/or AMDA certification or Geriatric training is preferred. In lieu of the above education, physician must demonstrate appropriate experience, leading to competency in the care of Geriatric and other high needs, chronically ill and/or disabled patients. Travel between sites is required. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus. Applicants requiring a work visa will be considered.
