The Position:

The Position:
- 1.0FTE opportunity – 36 patient facing hours/week
- ½ day dedicated admin time (offsite) each week
- Rotating half day of clinic every fifth Saturday
- Avg 16-18 patients/day – appt slots are 45 min for new pts & 30 min for follow up
- Dedicated medical assistant
- Clinic offers full family medical care with special programs for seniors
- FFFM treats patients with a holistic approach, offering nutrition & lifestyle education, basic gyn, life coaching sessions, mental health resources, community programs and more
- EHR - Elation
Qualifications: - Experience as an FNP/PA is preferred
- Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies/Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- PANCE Certification/ANCC or AANP Certification
- Provider must meet employer credentialing standards
