This prestigious medical school in North Carolina is looking for an academic geriatric physician. The mission of the Geriatrics Division is to care for our older population and prepare all levels of learners for the challenges of caring for older patients.

Opportunity Highlights include:

  • Seeking a BC/BE Family Physician or Internal Medicine Physician with additional qualifications in Geriatrics
  • Fixed Term or Tenure Track faculty position at the rank/title of Clinical Assistant Professor Level or higher.
  • Patient care in both the ambulatory geriatric clinic and inpatient settings, as well as one continuing care retirement community with skilled care beds
  • Strong emphasis on teaching, mentoring, advising, supervision of residents, fellows, medical students, and other learners in Geriatrics
