Credentialing ~30 Days

LOA: 9/1/23 - 3/1/24 - Will take 3 - 6 month contract
Schedule & Hours: M, W, TH, Fri - 8A - 5P - 1hr lunch
NO CALL - NO Weekends
PPD: 16 PPD
Staff Mix: 1 RN & 6 MAs
EPIC EMR
