This prestigious medical school in North Carolina is seeking a Geriatric Division Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration and leadership of the geriatric division.

Opportunity Highlights include:

  • Seeking an innovative, enthusiastic leader who is board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with additional qualifications in Geriatrics
  • Fixed Term or Tenure Track faculty position at the rank/title of Clinical Assistant Professor Level or higher.
  • Serve as a member of the department’s senior leadership team and set the course for the Geriatrics Division
  • Patient care in both the ambulatory geriatric clinic and inpatient settings, as well as one continuing care retirement community with skilled care beds
  • Strong emphasis on teaching, mentoring, advising, supervision of residents, fellows, medical students, and other learners in Geriatrics
