This flexible, part-time (.6 FTE) Geriatrics/Skilled Nursing Facility Program physician opportunity located in the Monroe area offers an opportunity to collaborate with a GNP at various nursing homes in the southwestern WI and Northern IL market. Qualified candidates will be Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained w/ a preference for post -acute & long-term care experience.
