To perform professional medical activities as a primary care physician providing acute, chronic and preventative medical care.

Compensation and Benefits for the Physician / Family Medicine:

• The starting salary for this position is $177,000.00 to $215,000.00 per year.
• Permanent Full Time job. Weekdays Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
• Sign On Bonus: $10,000.00
• Relocation Bonus: $5,000.00

Requirements of the Physician / Family Medicine:

• Graduation from an approved medical school.
• Satisfactory completion of a post-graduate training program and is Board-Eligible or Board-Certified by the American Board of physician’s specialty.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado.
• Minimum three (3) years in a family practice setting preferred.
• ACLS Certification and BLS required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
