Endocrinology position - Panhandle of FL - Emerald Coast - Close to Pensacola and Ft. Walton Bch!!
Hospital Sponsored Solo Income Guarantee Setting
Call: ER call should not be required. Physician will be a consulting physician practicing outpatient medicine.
Office space available in MOB on hospital campus or in MOB.
This is a 100% Endocrinology/Metabolism position. No general IM required (no IM call required).
Competitive Financial package to include Income/Overhead Guarantee for the first 12 months. Salary portion based on MGMA guidelines ($220,000 - 250,000). Commencement bonus, CME, Marketing Expenses, Relocation expenses, Licensure,Dues,Subscriptions, potential for medical education debt assistance.
Referral Base:
20 Family Medicine, 3 General Surgeons, 4 OBGYNs, 1 IM, 1 Pediatrician.
There are no current Endocrinologist on hospital staff and none in the Primary Service Area. The area is underserved by almost 3 Endocrinologist based on supply and demand data. All current Endocrinology referrals are sent out of the service area. With the population growth and shortage of Endocrinologists in neighboring counties, Medical Center is need of this sub-specialty.
County is one of the fastest growing counties in the state of Florida. Rated one of the top five best public school districts in the state of FL. No state income tax in FL. Close proximity to beautiful beaches on Gulf. Sportsman's Paradise. 129 bed general/surgical facility. "A" Rating on Leapfrog Group Hospital Safety Survey for second year in a row. Anticipated population growth of 7% in the next 5 years.
