Hospital Sponsored Solo Income Guarantee Setting

Call: ER call should not be required. Physician will be a consulting physician practicing outpatient medicine.

Office space available in MOB on hospital campus or in MOB.

This is a 100% Endocrinology/Metabolism position. No general IM required (no IM call required).

Competitive Financial package to include Income/Overhead Guarantee for the first 12 months. Salary portion based on MGMA guidelines ($220,000 - 250,000). Commencement bonus, CME, Marketing Expenses, Relocation expenses, Licensure,Dues,Subscriptions, potential for medical education debt assistance.

Referral Base:
20 Family Medicine, 3 General Surgeons, 4 OBGYNs, 1 IM, 1 Pediatrician.

There are no current Endocrinologist on hospital staff and none in the Primary Service Area. The area is underserved by almost 3 Endocrinologist based on supply and demand data. All current Endocrinology referrals are sent out of the service area. With the population growth and shortage of Endocrinologists in neighboring counties, Medical Center is need of this sub-specialty.
